摘　　要：为使翻译史的研究在深度上有所突破,文章以传教士翻译家为案例,提出如何解决研究资讯匮乏的问题。To promote in-depth research on the history of translation, the article, with focus on missionary translators, attempts to illustrate the approaches to prepare relevant materials and to analyze in what way the historical background and the translator's philosophy influence his translation.
