摘　　要：人员培训作为GMP(良好操作规范)的要求之一,对以手工操作为主的我国水产品加工业有重要意义。但由于我国目前在法规体系和企业的认识上还有所不足,人员培训已经成为影响我国水产品加工业发展的重要制约因素。本文考察了我国水产品加工业培训现状,参考了国外先进的培训体系,提出了适合我国水产品加工业现状的培训体系,并研究了建设培训体系的有效途径。Training is an important factor of GMP especially in the labor-intensive fishery product enterprises in China, and there are important meanings about the staff training. But because the lack of the low guarantee and understanding of enterprises at present, staff training has already become the important restriction factor of development of fishery products processing in China. This text has investigated the current situation that the fishery product enterprises' staff has trained, and has consulted the foreign advanced training system. Then proposed a training system suiting the current situation of fishery product enterprises of our country, and has studied the effective way to build the training system.
