氨肽酶产生菌^(60)Coγ射线诱变育种的研究

摘　　要：采用60Coγ射线对氨肽酶产生菌米曲霉U42进行照射诱变,获得4株高产菌株,经多次摇瓶发酵实验表明,其中菌株UCo42-3发酵酶活为6210U/mL,其平均产氨肽酶比出发菌株提高了约150%,连续传6代,产酶能力稳定。With 60Co鉹ays as the mutual agency, 4 high production activity strains were obtained by radiating aminopeptidase-producing strain Aspergillus oryzae. The results of many fermentation experiments in shake flask showed that the enzyme activity of strain UCo42-3 was 6210 U/mL, and the average production of aminopeptidase was raised by 150%. The ability of enzyme production is steady after 6 continuous subcultures.
