摘　　要：文章通过对继续教育在构建学习型社会中的重要地位和作用、以及相互关系的阐述,强调进一步增强和积极推进继续教育理念、政策和法规、体制和模式、内容和形式、师资与管理队伍的创新工作,以实现继续教育事业的创新和发展。Through explaining the important position and role,and the relation with each other of continual education in constructing learning-type society,the article points out emphatically to strengthen further and push actively the idea of continual education,and its policies and laws,system and mode,content and form,and the innovation of teacher and management teams,and to realize the innovation and development of continual education.
