摘　　要：口译是一门艺术。口译的种类有即席翻译、同声传译。口译人员应具备以下素质:听记力强、语言运用纯熟、知识面广、技巧熟练、敬业心强、心理素质高、彬彬有礼、有跨文化意识。口译质量的好坏体现在以下六个标准:及时、准确、完整、易懂、自然、流利。Interpretation is art. Interpretation is divided into consecutive interpretation and simultaneous interpretation. Interpreters should have the following qualities: strong memory, good command of language, wide knowledge range, loyalty to work, high psychological quality, politeness and cross-cultural awareness. The quality of interpretation lies in six standards: timely, accurate, complete, intelligible, natural and fluent.
