摘　　要：按照符合时代发展的要求,结合本民族地区特点加强自身队伍建设,是民族地方各级政府亟待解决的问 题。本文通过对国家公务员能力建设问卷调查,对提升国家公务员能力建设问题进行了可操作性研究,并着力分析 了民族地方的公务员能力建设以及提升公务员能力的途径。The governments of all levels in the ethnic areas face an urgent problem that calls for immediate attention, that is, the cultivation of ethnic cadres according to the demands of the times and characteristics of the ethnic areas. Based on a survey of the cultivation of public servant's ability, this paper conducts an operative research on how to uphold the ability of public servants and analyzes in particular the means to cultivate and uphold public servants' ability in the ethnic areas.
