摘　　要：对起源于美国的职业生涯理论及西方国家在大学生职业生涯辅导中的运用进行了介绍,分析了职业生涯理论的经济学意义,在借鉴职业生涯理论及实践的基础上,提出了发展我国大学生职业生涯教育的若干建议。This paper gives a briefintroduction about the Career Theory originated from the U. S and its application in the voca- tional guidance given to the university students in the west, and then makes analysis of the economic meaning of the theory. Based on the enlightenment of the theory and practice concerned, this paper puts forward some suggestion to develop vocational guidance programs to the university students in China.
