摘  要:以果蝇生存模型、老龄大鼠模型、巴豆油致小鼠耳朵发炎模型及小鼠模型初步研究了番茄红素抗衰老、抗氧化、抗炎症和抗凝血的生理功能.与对照组相比,随番茄红素的摄入量增加,果蝇的平均寿命和最高寿命延长; 老龄大鼠体内过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性升高, 脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平降低;巴豆油致小鼠耳朵发炎程度降低;小鼠血液凝结时间延长.此结果表明,番茄红素可能具有一定的抗衰老、抗氧化、抗炎症和抗凝血的作用.Using drosophila survival model, old-age rat model, croton oil induced mouse ear oedema model and mice model, the physiological functions of lycopene including anti-aging, anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation, and anti-coagulation were investigated. Results showed that the increasing intake of lycopene led to the increase of the average and maximum drosophila life-span, the increase of SOD activity, reduction of the level of LPO,reduction of croton oil induced mouse ear oedema, and increase of the coagulation time of mice blood. These results suggested that lycopene could play antiaging, antioxidation, anti-ciagulation and anti-inflammation effects.
