优化德育环境 营造德育氛围——关于高校整体育德的几点思考

摘  要:学校是学生日常学习、生活关系最为密切的一种微观社会环境 ,是显性和隐性的统一。学生道德观念、道德情感和道德行为的形成与发展 ,在很大程度上要受德育环境的制约。高校德育环境分为社会大环境和学校内部环境。只有努力优化德育环境 ,营造德育氛围 ,形成整体育德的合力 。As a microcosmic social enviroment that has the closest relation with a students daily study and life, colleges and universities are the unity of dominance and recessiveness. The formation and the development of a students moral concept, moral emotion and moral action are restricted by moral enviroment to a great extent. The moral environment in colleges and universities can be divided into two parts: external social environment and internal school environment. Only optimizing the environment of moral education and creating the atmosphere for moral education can we form the joint forces to improve the moral work in higher educational institutions at the new age.
