摘　　要：人才是知识经济最重要的资源,人才的流向将决定一国知识经济的成败。我国人才奇缺,并随着收入水平的提高,人才成本将不断提高,这无疑将改变我国原有的竞争优势,因此,大力开发人才资源将是我国经济进一步发展的唯一出路。The talent is the most important resource of the knowledge-based economy, the flow direction of the talents will determine the success or failure of one country's knowledge-based economy. Our country is in great shortage of the talents, and along with the increase of the level of people's income, the cost of the talents will increase continuously, which will change our country's original competitive superiority undoubtedly. Therefore, making great effort to developing the human resources will be the only way out for the further development of our country's economy.
