摘　　要：本文旨在分析并总结准确性在法律英译中的重要性及其在法律英译中的要求,以便指导当前的法律英译实践。本文运用例证法、比较法,并部分结合从修辞理论层面对不同译文的修辞效果的分析,得出准确性在法律英译中的两方面的要求:“神忠”和“形似”。This article analyses and concludes the importance of accuracy in translating Chinese legal terms into English. The author demonstrates his point by giving examples and making contrast to prove the vital importance of accuracy in the translation of legal terms into English. Accuracy concludes two aspects. Honest in content and fluent in reading.
