摘　　要：本文首先对加拿大的教育和文化进行了背景分析,然后具体考察了安大略省渥太华市 Merivale中学的教师职业,包括教师的工作量、待遇、资格、评价、进修等方面。特殊性中包含普遍性。通过个案研究和宏观分析,本文力图展示加拿大安大略省的教师职业现状。In this paper Canadian culture and its educational system are made an analysis as a background of the teacher's vocation. A closer inspection on the vocation is given in Merivale High School, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, which includes the workload, payment, certification, evaluation and vocational study. Since particularity embodies universality, this paper tries to display the status quo of Canadian teacher vocation through this case study.
