摘  要:以D核糖产生菌枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillussubtilis)B941为出发菌株,采用紫外诱变原生质体的方法,获得了4株可以在含有6.0%D核糖的培养基上生长的D核糖高产菌株,其摇瓶发酵产糖达55.0g/L左右。通过摇瓶发酵试验,研究了D核糖高产菌株Buvp24的遗传稳定性。研究结果表明,经多次传代,菌株Buvp24的发酵产糖能力及对发酵产物D核糖的耐受性没有改变,有望应用于工业生产中。The D-ribose producing strain Bacillus subtilis B941 was selected as the parent strain. The protoplast of B. subtilis was mutagenized by ultraviolet irradiation, and four mutants with high D-ribose producing ability were obtained. The mutants could grow on the culture medium with 6.0% D-ribose, and produced about 55.0g/L D-ribose in the shaking flask. The hereditary stability of the mutant Buvp-24 was investigated in the shaking flask, and the results showed that the mutant D-ribose producing ability and D-ribose endurance had no change over 9 generations. The mutant may be applied in the industrial fermentation process.
