摘　　要：实践的发展、客观条件和社会环境的改变,必然要求未成年人思想道德教育注意观察外部世界的发展,紧紧围绕时代的任务和党的政策,从德育客体、德育载体、德育方法等方面,积极探索新思路。The development of practice, the alteration of subjective condition and cultural environment demands minor ideological and moral education must observe the development of external world, actively probe the new train of thought tightly rounding the task of the time and the policy of the Communist of Party of china from the target, the carry and the method of moral education.
