摘　　要：本文试图运用矛盾管理学理论,通过深入分析成人高等学历教育办学体系的组成结构、目标及相互之间的各种关系,考察体系发展中的主要矛盾及矛盾的主要方面,探寻解决矛盾的途径和体系发展与创新的方向,改善体系的不协调因素,促进整个成人高等教育体系的健康和持续发展。According to the theory of contrary management, the author analyses the structure, the goal and the relationship in running adult advanced education. After researching the main contradictions in the development and the main aspects of contradiction, the author wants to find out a way to resolve the contradiction and the direction of innovation. Besides, the author wants to give us some idea to change the disadvantage of the system and help the system of adult advanced education develop healthily and continuously.
