摘　　要：综述多肽蛋白质类药物聚乙二醇化修饰的优势、方法、鉴定与检测及局限性等。Promising applications of the PEGylated proteins and peptides have been found in biotechnological and biomedical fields due to the improved solubility,thermal and mechanical stability,reduced antigenicity and immunogenicity,enhanced circulating half-lives,optimized pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties.Consequently,PEGylation gradually becomes a platform technology.In this paper,the advantages,techniques,evaluations,detections,and limitations on the PEGylation of peptide and protein drugs were reviewed.
