摘  要:历史断层使得青年教师已成为大学教师群体的主干力量。重使用轻培养、过重的教学负担及不合理的科研考评机制严重影响青年教师的健康成长。本文着重从教育规模、办学理念和教师自身的治学态度等方面分析了成因,并提出了积极的政策建议。The so-called Culture Revolution(CR) resulted in a break of regular education in China for more than ten years and hence a hiatus of successors formed . Therefore young teachers who were graduates after the CR are the main part of faculties in a college now.They were assigned too much work and not trained enough.Also,the unreasonable assessment system for professional proficiency is harmful to the growth of high quality faculties. The causes that hamper the growth of young teachers analyzed in this paper from the perspective of the education scale. the principle of running a school as well as the attitude to scholarly research conduction by young teachers themselves. Making innovations of college culture , optimizing the student-to-teacher ratio and improving the assessment system are essential ways for young teachers to devote themselves to science and to build the colleges to be the sacred land for truth of humanity.
