西南民族地区家庭高等教育费用可承受限度研究

摘　　要：当前高等教育的费用超出了绝大多数民族地区农村家庭的承受能力,使得他们不得不放弃接受高等教育的机会,导致了这些家庭孩子的接受高等教育机会不平等。提出全面取消农业税、增加农民劳务收入、设立贫困学生补贴基金、推行助学贷款、发行教育彩票、延长学制、提供勤工俭学的机会等解决措施。The present charges of high education are beyond the support of the country families in the minority regions. Children in these families have to give up high education which leads to unfairness. Measures should be made such as completely abolishing agriculture taxes, raising farmers' incomes, setting subsidy funds for students in financial difficulty, carrying out educational loans, developing educational lottery, extending educational system, providing chances for part-time work, and so on.
