摘　　要：大学生思想道德教育工作是一项系统工程,它包括校内教育、社会教育及二者的结合。只有将思想道德教育工作同高校的其它工作融为一体,并在不断完善社会制度的基础上,内外结合,才能不断提高大学生的素质,为社会培养有用人才。The work of ideological and moral education is a systematical project. It includes the combination of on campus education and social education.Only by combining ideological and moral education together with other work in the college,based on the perfection of social systems,and by the integration of colleges and society,can we constantly improve the quality of college students and cultivate useful talents for the society.
