摘  要:目的 了解城市社区中年人群营养知识、态度、行为(KAP)水平。方法 整群抽样选取成都市玉林社区4 5~5 9岁居民2 37名进行入户访谈式问卷调查。结果 调查对象营养知识水平较差,主要缺乏对中国居民膳食指南、疾病相关营养知识等方面的了解;3餐安排、食物选择及早餐搭配等饮食行为不合理;营养态度较好;营养信息的实际来源和期望来源均主要为广播电视、报刊杂志及专业书籍,相对于实际来源,期望来源于社区的要求最强烈。结论 所调查社区中年居民的营养知识、行为水平较差,但营养态度普遍积极,应当加强对中年人群的营养教育。Objective This paper is aimed to understand the level of nutritional knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) in the middle-aged residents of Chengdu community. Method 237 residents aged from 45 to 59 were selected by cluster sampling in YuLin community of Chengdu and investigated by questionnaire. Result Most of subjects were lack of basic nutritional knowledge and existed imperfect dietary behaviors, but their nutrition attitude were better. Both the practical and expecting sources of nutritional information were mainly radio, TV, newspapers, magazines and specialized book. The demand of expecting sources come from the community were stronger than practical sources. Conclusion It is necessary urgently to develop more nutritional education for the middle-aged residents in the city.
