摘　　要：随着教学规模的不断扩大,高等教育分类发展的思想已为更多的院校所接受。应用型本科院校围绕着培养规格及素质教育进行了不断的改革、创新。分析了适应这种发展趋势的教务管理需要采取的应对原则,从管理人员素质创新、管理制度创新、管理手段创新方面提出了应用型本科院校教务管理改革的措施。With the continuous expansion of recruiting scales and the acceptance of the idea that different colleges should have different ways of development, application-oriented institutes have made reform and innovations on talent-training models and quality-oriented education. The principles for educational administrators to cope with such a trend of development are analyzed in this paper, and concrete measures are put forward for the reform of educational administration in application-oriented institutes, including innovations in the administrators' qualities, and those in the administrative system and methods.
