摘　　要：针对当前我国研究生招生工作在复试时的随意性、统考科目难度较大、初试成绩总分计算有失公允、时间跨度太大、院系配合等问题进行了分析,探讨了解决的对策。This paper analyzes the existing problems in postgraduate enrollment in China,such as,the arbitrariness in reexamination,the high degree of difficulty of unified exams,the partiality in summing up the scores of preliminary examinations,the long span of time and the cooperation between schools and departments,etc.Then,it puts forward the countermeasures.
