摘　　要：对龙眼果实的贮藏特性研究表明:龙眼适于热带亚热带地区生长发育的生理代谢特征,成熟于高温季节,果肉汁多,高糖低酸等因素成为龙眼不耐贮藏的主要原因。保鲜技术研究主要集中在常温、低温2个方面,利用辐射、速冻等保鲜技术对龙眼果实保鲜的研究还有待深入。To the creature technical characteristic research enunciation of the longan fruit: The longan is suitable for the tropical zone subtropics in heat season, the flesh of fruits juice is many, the low and sour etc. in high sugar factor become the main reason that longan do not bear hoarding. Protect the fresh technique research to concentrates primarily in the aspects of normal temperature, low temperature 2 aspect , make use of the radiation and freeze soon etc. protect the fresh technique to protect the fresh research to the longan fruit to still treat thorough.
