摘　　要：本文主要从 2 1世纪的角度审视教育的传统功能和素质教育的新要求 ,着重探讨教师如何在传道授业的同时指导学生学习 ,教会学生学习 。This article shows the traditional function of education and the new require of quality education from the angle of 21st century; and discusses how teachers guide students to learn while teaching and further improve the quality of teachers and students in an all-round way.
