摘　　要：通过"纸色谱—色斑洗脱比色法"定量测定发酵液中L-缬氨酸的实验研究,考察了测定波长、色斑洗脱时间、温度、洗脱液、稳定性等因素对测定效果的影响,确定了定量测定条件。此方法的测定结果与高速氨基酸分析仪测定结果相吻合,方法回收率为93.45%。Through the study of paper chromatography-mottle elution chronometry to quantitatively determinate L-valine from the fermented liquid, the affecting factors to the results of determination are studied, and the best determinating conditions are obtained. The results of determination by this method were identical to those by high-speed amino acid analyzer and the rate of reclaim by this method reached 93.45%.
