摘  要:完善和发展“培养培训相衔接的开放的教师教育体系”,是国家基础教育课程改革的重大举措,也是高师院校改革和发展的重要途径。我们通过在西南三省开展国家教育科学“九五”、“十五”规划重点课题研究,对实验基地学校教师进行各种形式的持续有效的培训,转变了教育观念、教学方式、学习方式和评价方式,促进了教师专业化成长和中小学素质教育,同时也促进了西华师范大学自身的改革与发展。Perfecting and improving 'the opened teacher education system of combining pre-service and in-service teacher' is an important measure of national curriculum reform of basic education and also the important approach of innovation and development of normal universities and colleges. In the process of operation of the ninth five-year and the tenth five-year key scientific projects of education science, the schools involving in the projects supply the different forms of teacher education programs to change the ideas of education, ways of teaching, ways of learning and ways of evaluation. It is beneficial to promote the teachers′professional development and competence education in elementary and secondary schools, and also to promote the reform and development of China West Normal University itself.
