摘  要:从10种树脂中筛选出1#树脂,对发酵液中香兰素进行提取精制,考察了1#树脂的吸附、解吸效果及影响因素。静态实验表明,1#树脂对香兰素吸附容量为89.63mg(香兰素)/g(干树脂),最佳吸附pH=6.0,当发酵液体积为20mL〔ρ(香兰素)=5g/L〕时,树脂投加质量为1g,吸附时间为1h左右,吸附等温线服从Freundlich型吸附。洗脱剂为无水乙醇,洗脱率为66.43%。动态实验确定吸附流速为2BV/h,洗脱流速为1BV/h,在该条件下洗脱峰集中,香兰素总收率为64.35%,所得产品中香兰素的平均质量分数为92%。Ten kinds of macroporous adsorption resins were used to extract vanillin from fermented broth.The static experiments showed that 1# macroporous resin had the highest adsorption capacity of 89.63 mg(vanillin)/g (dry resin),the optimal pH of adsorption was 6.0,the proportion of the resin mass to the volume of fermented broth was 5% and the optimum adsorption time was 1 h.The isotherm equation is in accordance with Freundlich type.Recovery rate of 66.43% could be attained in application of absolute ethanol as eluent.Dynamic experiments showed that the optimal flow rate of fermented broth was 2 BV/h and that of absolute ethanol was 1 BV/h.There was an obvious eluent peak and the average mass fraction of vanillin can be up to 92%.
