摘　　要：高职院校培养的人才是否受到社会的欢迎,决定于诸多因素,而更重要的,则决定于学校对培养目标的界定是否准确、专业设置是否优化并反映时代特征。因此我们应当准确把握社会发展方向,以社会需要为依据,对人才进行合理定位,努力培养出社会真正需要的高等职业技术人才。Whether the talents trained by the vocational colleges can meet the need of the society, is decided by various factors; more importantly, it is decided by whether the training goal defined by the colleges is accurate; by whether the establishment of the specialities can reflect the times?characteristics and be optimized. So we should grasp the orientation of social development and define a rational orientation according to the need of the society, so we can try all our efforts to train qualified higher vocational technicians to meet the truly need of the society.
