摘　　要：目前成人高校由于种种原因,实践教学较为薄弱。要改变这一现状,提高办学质量,就应充分认识到实践教学的重要性,加大实践教学的投入,切实改善实践教学条件,扎扎实实地开展实践教学活动,培养出高素质创新人才。For many reasons, there are many weaknesses in practical teaching in the adults colleges. In order to change this situation, we should realize the importance and improve the conditions of practical teaching, develop various teaching activities. At last, we can train them into talents with high-quality of innovation.
