摘　　要：在中国社会引起巨大反响的冷血杀手马加爵有着扭曲的反社会人格。追溯其成长历程,可以发现其人格经历了一个从量变到质变的异化过程。深入追究造成马人格异化的主、客观原因,特别是反思其客观根源,对于制止悲剧有着重要意义。为控制悲剧的发生率,高校需要建立针对潜存危机学生的人文关怀与危机干预机制。MA Jiajue, as a cold-blooded killer who caused awful reverberation in China, has tortuous anti-society personality. By analyzing his growing course, we can find that his personality experienced a gradually accumulating course. To deeply find out the subjective and objective reasons, especially reverberate the objective roots have the significance. In order to control the tragical occurance, colleges and universities should establish humanistic consideration for potential crisis and crisis intervention.
