摘　　要：建立双螺杆挤压机各组成部分的模型,分析物料在各组成部分的能量、温度和时间分布情况,并结合实验数据和理论依据进行比较分析。The models of transmitting energy of the machine areestablished. The energy, temperature and time of food materia ls in every partof machine are analyzed and compared by combining the data of experiment and theory.
