试论民族地区实施素质教育的制约因素及对策和措施

摘　　要：民族地区的素质教育关系到中华民族的整体素质,关系到中国的未来和发展,对实现中华民族的伟大复兴将产生重大而深远的影响。针对我国民族地区素质教育中存在的问题,采取切实可行的措施,加快民族地区素质教育的改革步伐,对落实科学发展观、全面建设小康社会,均具有极其重大的意义。<Abstrcat> Quality educationj in national regions relates to the whole quality of the Chinese people, relates to the future and development of China, and will produce an important and profound influence on the revitalization of the nation. Aiming at the problems existed in quality educationj in national regions, adoping pratical and feasible measures and speeding u pregious reform step of the quality education in national regions have important significance towards carrying out the science development view and the full construction of well-off society.
