摘 要:为了探讨培养基中Fe3+浓度对微藻生长和脂肪酸的影响,作者用含不同Fe3+浓度的培养基对三角褐指藻(Phaeodactylum tricornutum)进行了培养,并测定了其生长和脂肪酸组成。结果表明,Fe3+浓度为0.5μmol/L,三角褐指藻生长缓慢,比生长速率仅为0.40/d,但C18:2(n-6)和C18:3(n-6)占总脂肪酸的比例最高,而C20:5(n-3)(eicosapentaenoic acid,EPA)占总脂肪酸的比例最低。当Fe3+浓度高于24.5μmol/L时,三角褐指藻的生长受到抑制,但EPA和多不饱和脂肪酸(polyunsaturated fatty acids,PUFAs)占总脂肪酸的比例最高。随着Fe3+浓度的增加,三角褐指藻的EPA和PUFAs占干重的比例逐渐下降。In order to study the effects of Fe concentration on growth and fatty acid composition in microalgae, a marine diatom, 3+ Phaeodactylum tricornutum, was cultured in batch with varied Fe concentrations. Its growth and fatty acid composition were 3+ examined. The results showed that P. tricornutum showed poor growth and the specific growth rate was 0.40/d in the medium with 0.5μmol/L Fe3+. However, the fatty acids of C and C18:3(n-6) accounted for highest percentages of total fatty acids, and 18:2(n-6) C20:5(n-3)(eicosapentaenoic acid, EPA) occupied lowest proportion. Fe 3+ overdose (>24.5μmol/L) inhibited the algal growth, but the proportions of EPA and polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) in total fatty acids achieved the highest maximum. Lower EPA and PUFAs contents based on dry mass of P. tricornutum were associated with higher Fe3+ levels.
