摘 要:提出了在0.01mol/L硼砂底液中,单扫描极谱法于原点电位-0.50V(vs.SCE)起扫,在峰电位分别为-0.74V(vs.SCE),0.89V(vs.SCE)测定酸性金黄和酸性大红的方法。线性范围为0.20~10.0μg/ml酸性金黄,0.20~-6.0μg/ml酸性大红;最低检出浓度均为0.10μg/ml,本法简捷快速,用于食品分析符合要求。A method for the determination of acid orangeⅡand acid redGR simultaneously in a supporting solution of 0.01mol/ L by single sweep polarography has been established. The peak potentials were -0.74V, -0.89V(vs.SCE) respectively .The peak hights were linearly proportional to the concentration of acid orangeⅡin the range of in the range of 0.20~10.0μg/ml and of acid redGR 0.20~6.0μg/ml. The detection limit was 0.10 μg/ml for both OrangeⅡand redGR . This method was simple and sensitive with good selectivity. The results were satisfactory when used to analyse food.
