摘 要:南京医科大学联合江苏省8所医学院校协作研究,通过分析新世纪医学教育发展面临的挑战与要求,基于我国医学本科教育人才培养模式的现状,确立了新型的医学本科教育人才培养目标和培养方案,优化了课程结构,整合了教学内容。经过多年的研究与实践,逐步构建了促进医学生培养向能力型、创新型和复合型发展的新的课程体系、强化医学生应用能力与综合能力培养的实践教学体系和教育教学质量保障体系,形成了“依据不同层次和专业分级培养、注重人文素质和实践能力、强化教学质量保障机制”的新型医学人才培养模式,在实践中推广应用取得了良好效果。Faced with the challenges and requirements of the new century and based on the present situation of undergraduate training, a research project has been conducted by Nanjing Medical University in collaboration with 8 other medical schools in Jiangsu province of China, in which the target and plan for a new model of training undergraduates in medical schools have been set up, the curricular structure has been optimized and the teaching content has been reconstructed. Though seven years of researching and practice, the new model has scored initial achievements in its endeavor to educate students according to their specialty and ability, foster students' practical skills and humanistic quality, and consolidate the teaching quality guarantee system. The research outcomes have been applied and perfected.
