摘  要:通过文献资料法,在健康第一的思想指导下,结合学校教学将朝快乐化、生活化、终身化方向发展和中学体育课教学情况的综合研究,分析中学实施"体育与健康课"教学,必须以终身体育为目标,树立新的教学思想,优化教师队伍,改进教学措施,建立新的成绩评价体系,激发学生体育兴趣.Based on the literature and under the thought that health is the first,the paper combines the development of happiness,liveness and lifelong teaching in school teaching and integrated study on teaching circumstances in PE course in the high school.The paper says that we must set up new teaching sense for the purpose of lifelong physical education,advance the quality of teaching groups,improve teaching ,ensures and establish new grade evaluation system,explode students′ interest in PE while carrying out PE and Health Course during the reformation in high school PE course,thus the teachers could adjust themselves to the requirements in PE and Health Course teaching.
