摘　　要：荆公新学与苏氏蜀学、二程洛学是北宋中期鼎足而立的三大学术派别。苏轼兄弟出于从指导思想上否定王安石变法、廓清蜀学的发展道路、与新学争夺儒家道统的正统地位的动机,对新学展开了学术批判,其批判集中在新学搞学术专制及其流入佛老上。Jing Gong Xin Xue, SanSu Shuxue and Ercheng Luoxue were the three main academic schools in the middle period of Northern Song. SanSu (Su Xun, Su zhe and Sushi) Criticized Jing Gong Xin Xue for their autocratic academy and the temdency of buddhism, which aimed at denying the reform politics of Wang Anshi, clearing away the blocks of Shuxue's development and fighting for the position of Oxthodoxy confucianism with Xin Xue.
