摘  要:描述了舰船系统和设备的抗冲击性能的动力学仿真方法。以某船主机双层隔振系统为对象,建立了有限元冲击响应模型。通过计算系统的模态验证了弹性筏体有限元模型的可靠性。论述了研究基础冲击的方法,并模拟计算了双层隔振系统三个方向的冲击响应,分析了在冲击波作用下系统的冲击响应动应力的最大值。所得结果比较理想,这对于研究双层隔振系统抗冲击设计具有很大的参考价值。Dynamics emulating in shock resistance of ship′s systems and equipments is described in this paper. The shock response finite element model is established to simulate studying object which is a double-layer vibration isolation system of host machine in ship. The reliability of the finite element model is also certificated by calculating modals of the system. Methods of studying basal shock are investigated. Shock responses in three directions of the double-layer vibration isolation system are analogy calculated. And the maximum of shock responses dynamic stress is analyzed, which is effected by impulse waves. As an ideal result is got, it′s a valuable reference to research the design of shock resistance of double-layer vibration isolation system.
