摘 要:[目的]建立一种快速、灵敏、简便的高效液相色谱(HPLC)同时测定食品中黄曲霉毒素(AFT)B1、B2、G1和G2的方法。[方法]样品经提取、净化、衍生后直接进入具有荧光检测器的高效液相色谱仪检测。[结果]15min内可完成AFT4种组分的分离。检测大米和花生的方法检测限分别为B1(7.52×103、7.48×103ng/g)、B2(3.96×103、0.013ng/g)、G1(0.032、0.046ng/g)、G2(0.024、7.36×103ng/g);标准曲线良好,相关系数大于0.99994;大米和花生的回收率分别为85.3%~96.0%和85.3%~97.0%,相对标准偏差分别小于2.2%和4.8%。[结论]HPLC法测定AFT,快速、简便和灵敏度高。To develop a rapid detection method based on reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for determination of aflatoxin (AFT) including B1, B2, G1 and G2 in foods. The food samples were extracted, purified, derived and analyzed by HPLC. The 4 components of AFT were separated in 15 minutes. The lowest detection limit of rice and peanut was 7.52×10~ -3 、7.48×10~ -3 ng/g for B1, 3.96×10~ -3、0.013 ng/g for B2, 0.032、0.046 ng/g for G1 and 0.024、7.36×10~ -3ng/g for G2. The calibration curve showed good linearity and the correlation coefficient was ≥ 0.99994. The rate of recovery for rice and peanut was 85.3%-96.0% and 85.3%-97.0%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was <2.2% for rice and <4.8% for peanut. HPLC method is a high sensitive, accurate, simple and rapid method for AFT detection.
