连云港海州湾麻痹性贝类毒素中毒分析

摘　　要：为分析连云港地区麻痹性贝类毒素中毒特征,对连云港海州湾织纹螺进行形态鉴定,收集近年麻痹性贝类中毒资料,应用小白鼠生物测定法检测螺肉中麻痹性贝类毒素。结果连云港海州湾存有4种织纹螺,其中以半褶织纹螺含麻痹性贝类毒素量高(1.6×103μg100g螺肉),并导致连云港地区10起、银川1起麻痹性贝类中毒;1992年还发生一起由泥螺引起的麻痹性贝类中毒。中毒者均表现为下行性神经麻痹症状,重者致死。鉴于海洋污染的严重性,为保障海洋贝类的食用安全,应对贝类进行毒素等安全指标的监测。Several species of marine shellfish contain paralytic toxins, causing severe food poisoning even death. In order to understand the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of the food poisoning caused by marine shellfish in this region, the records of this institute was reviewed and morphological and toxicological studies on various species of the shellfish Nassidae distributed in the beach of Haizhou Bay of Lianyungang was made. In the period of 1991～2003, 10 outbreaks of food poisoning with 40 victims and 8 deaths defined as the result of eating Nassarius semiplicutis were found in the records of this institute. Nine outbreaks occurred in Julys of the period. The clinical symptoms included initial numbness of lip and tongue, dizziness and fatigue, followed by numbness of neck region and both upper and lower extremities, dyspnea, indistinct pronunciation, vomiting and unstable standing. Death was usually the result of respiratory palsy. Four species of Nassidae were found in Haizhou Bay, among which Nassarius semiplicutis contained the highest content of paralytic~ poison (1.6×103 μg/100g flesh). In view of the severity of the poisoning, the Ministry of Health has banned the sale of Nassidae since an outbreak with 55 victims and 1 death occurred in Yinchuan, Ningxia Hui Ethnic Autonomous Region on 13, July 2004. It is recommended that inspectors for food safety, especially those in coastal regions, should be familiar with the morphological features of the Nassidae, especially those of the Nassarius semiplicutis. =
