摘  要:面对不断完善的市场经济体系,市场竞争中逐渐形成的开放机制正日益决定现代企业竞争战略的转变。青稞酒作为青海省重要的轻化工业产品,由于受到来自省外各种系列白酒产品的市场冲击,市场竞争战略的转变势在必行。从青稞酒市场竞争的条件分析入手,对制定新的市场竞争战略提出对策。The market competition strategy are changing face with continuously perfect market economy and open mechanism which formed gradually in modern business enterprise compete.The market competition strategy of highland barley alcohol must be changed because it is an important production of light industry and chemical industry in Qinghai.It is impacted from alcohol of varies series in outside and inside Qinghai.The countermeasures of market competition strategy were put forward in establishment new one according from analysis of highland barley alcoho market competition conditions.
