摘　　要：师生关系是教学环节中教学环境的一种具体体现。师生关系的诱因各种各样。本文以教学观念分歧为焦点展开调查分析。师生教学观念是否存在差异、如有差异是否会影响师生关系是文章要集中回答的问题。对某继续教育学院专升本段32位任课教师、21位有教学经历和40位无教学经历的成人学历学生进行问卷调查后发现:在所列成功英语教师素质中,师生对语言学知识、课堂管理在成人英语教学中的重要性认识一致;对英语教学法、教学内容和教学合作能力方面的认识存在分歧。若不能认识和缩小这些观念上的差异可能会导致师生关系不和谐。Personal perception of language teaching and learning is shaped and enhanced by his or her systematic education process. To examine the differences between English learners' and teachers' beliefs about key qualities of good teaching, the present authors devised a questionnaire to explore 61 students' and 32 teachers' understanding and judgment of the importance of classroom teaching. Perceptions of the importance of methodology, content of teaching and cooperativeness are found discrepant, and these discrepancies, if ignored by teachers, might be serious obstacles to English language teaching and the teacher-student relationships.
