摘  要:研究了木质纤维素对香菇属白腐菌Lentinusedodes胞外多糖产生的影响。结果显示,培养基中加入木质纤维素后,香菇胞外多糖含量最多可提升0.99g/L,其清除羟自由基的单位能力最大可提升7%,表明木质纤维素的加入能够促进香菇胞外多糖的产生,而且能够提高其抗氧化能力。自由基清除剂硫脲的加入,能够较大地减弱这种影响。表明木质纤维素之所以能够促进香菇产胞外多糖,与香菇对木质纤维素的生物降解及由此引起的培养环境中自由基浓度的改变有较大关系,其可能是香菇为了防御自由基伤害而进行的生理行为。The influences of lignocellulose on the production of exopolysaccharides of white-rot fungi Lentinus edodes were studied. The results showed that after lignocellulose were added into the medium, the content of exopolysaccharides could increase 0.99g/L at most, and the unit ability that exopolysaccharides eliminated hydroxyl radicals could enhance 7% at most. It showed that lignocellulose could accelerate the production of exopolysaccharides, and also could enhance their antioxidant ability. Thiourea could weaken the influences because of their action to eliminate free radicals. It showed that the reason that lignocellulose accelerated the production of exopolysaccharides had biggish relations with lignocellulose biodegradation and the concentration of free radicals in the culture environment, it possibly was a sort of physiological action of Lentinus edodes for defending against free radicals.
