摘　　要：培养水利类专业化与工程化双优高级创新工程科技人才,必须辅以严格并行之有效的教学管理,而管理的重要措施之一就是构建行之有效的评价指标体系。本指标体系是经过面向一线教学科研人员的调查研究,并经过对其他既有的指标体系设计的研究比较结果。In the process of cultivating advanced and innovative talents excellent in both specialization and engineering in hydraulic engineering, teaching management ought to be carried out strictly and effectively. One of the most important measures is establishing effective evaluation index system. The system is the conclusion of the research after the investigation among the teaching and researching staffs, and also through the comparison with other index system design.
