摘　　要：我国高校长期存在教学工作与思政工作相脱节现象,通过对产生这种现象原因的分析,提出实现教学工作与思政工作一体化的具体措施:突出以学生为主体,确立以育人为中心的教学与思政一体化目标;创新教学管理和学生管理制度,建立教学与思政兼容并蓄的一体化机制;构建以学风建设为龙头,以第二课堂。In colleges and universities in our country, teaching work has been out of line with ideological work for a long period of time. By analyzing the causes of the phenomenon, this paper puts forward some specific measures to realize the integration of teaching and ideological work. The measures should be student-centered and the goal of the integration of teaching and ideological work should be established, focusing on educating people. New ideas on teaching management and students' management system should be brought forth to establish integral system that is compatible with teaching and ideological work. The integral platform of teaching and ideological work should be established with the construction of study style as the leading role and with the second classroom and the tutorial system as two wings.
