摘　　要：作为就业市场中的优势群体,大学毕业生在就业中体现出的优势并不明显,其原因在于,就业市场对求职者的认可标准首选经验和能力,而高校对大学生的人力资源能力建设还是一个薄弱环节。因此,应以大学生的人力资源能力建设为核心构建教育教学体系,强化能力培养和训练,并确立新的以能力成长为重要指标的质量评价体系,以推动大学生能力建设的不断发展。As the superior community, the advantage of graduates in the job market is not obvious. One of the reasons is that universities do not pay attention to the graduate capability construction. Therefore, in order to push forward the development of graduate capability construction, we should emphasize the capability construction to build the graduate education systems and strengthen the capability training.
