利用晨会提问提高产科护士临床思维能力

摘　　要：针对妇产科护理基本理论及专科相关知识,以及患者的护理问题、健康教育知识等方面内容,利用晨会对护士进行提问。护士长或提问者事先准备好提问的内容、合理掌握训练时间。该方法提高了妇产科护士理论水平及临床思维能力和应变能力。This article introduced the experiences of performing morning questions which focused on basic nursing theoretical knowledge about gynaecology and obstetrics,related specialty knowledge,and knowledge about patients' nursing problems and health education.The head nurse or the asker prepaired questions previously and controlled training time reasonablely.This method improved the nurses' theoretical knowledge level,clinical thinking ability and competence of meeting an emergency.
