摘　　要：借鉴校本管理的理念,探讨高校体育管理的改革。通过校本管理理念在高校体育教师管理中的运用,立足本校资源,发挥教师的潜能,从而提高学校体育管理的水平。The authors probed into the reform of PE management in universities and colleges by referring to the idea of School-Based Management,and concluded that the level of PE management in universities and colleges can be raised through the application of the idea of School-Based Management to the management of PE teachers in universities and colleges, by depending on its own resources of each individual university or colleges, as well as by exerting the potential of the teachers.
