摘 要:选择3头回—直肠吻合术猪测定麦麸、米糠饲料原料的氨基酸消化率。结果为:麦麸的表观氨基酸消化率平均值为77.0%,平均真消化率为83.0%;米糠平均氨基酸表观消化率为69.6%,平均真消化率为82.5%。麦麸、米糠氨基酸真消化率分别比表观消化率高6%和12%。研究表明,以可消化氨基酸为基础配制猪饲粮,有必要测定麦麸、米糠氨基酸真消化率。Three pigs with ileo-rectal anastomosis were used to determine the amino acid digestibility of wheat and rice meal. The results showed that the mean value of apparent and real digestibility of wheat meal is 77.0% and 83.0%, respectively, and the mean value of apparent and real digestibility of rice meal is 69.6% and 82.5%, respectively. Compared to apparent digestibility, real digestibility of wheat meal and rice meal increased 6% and 12%, respectively. Based on digestibility of amino acids, it is necessary to determine the real amino acid digestibility of wheat and rice meal to formulate feed.
