摘  要:清香型白酒具备的优势有:①生产周期短,成本低;②出酒率高;③酒的成分简单,口味醇和、绵甜,适合现代饮用要求;④是生产药酒、功能性白酒最好的基酒;⑤容易与国外饮用接轨,易进入国际市场。目前,清香型白酒技术、生产销售步步后退,市场份额越来越小。要振兴清香型白酒必须:①利用品牌优势,拓展系列产品,提高市场覆盖率;②利用高新科技和高新科技产品改进生产技术、改善酒质,提高企业效益;③加强工人的技术培训,不断提高勾兑技术。Fen-flavor liquor has the following advantages:①short production cycle and low production cost;②high liquor output rate;③simple liquor compositions and liquor in possession of soft and mellow taste which met drinking requirements nowadays; ④a good base liquor for the production of medicinal liquor and functional liquor;⑤ suitable to oversea drinking habits so that it could enter into international market easily. In order to realize the revival of Fen-flavor liquor, the following measures must be practiced:①developing new liquor serial products and increasing market coverage percentage by means of liquor brands advantages;②application of high techs to improve liquor quality and to increase enterprise profits;③strengthening technical training to technicians to improve their blending techniques.
